Welcome to Building Blocks!

Follow Alex, Kristina, and Marco as they are supernaturally sucked into Alex's favorite online sandbox game "Building Blox"! Together, they must learn how to return to the real world, while maybe learning a thing or two about online child safety, open world sandbox games, and familial trust and communication. Among other things of course!

This is a Thesis Project that aims to help parents and guardians tackle issues regarding child safety in Open World Sandbox Games. Please make sure that you are a parent/guardian playing with your child in order to maximize this experience.

This version of Building Blocks is currently a work in progress.

As a visual novel, you will progress by clicking through the dialogue and occasionally making choices that will influence your story.

The events of this game are purely fictional and do not represent any events or people in real life.

You can play through this page, or you may opt to download the game itself to your Windows or Mac devices. If you choose to play on mobile, you can only do so through this browser link/page.
